How do I upload and design my artwork or choose my label size?

You can either upload your own design or use the free Avery Design & Print software to personalize one of our professional templates. If you have your own artwork, it can be uploaded to our design software. See our Artwork Guidelines on how to upload designs.

Do I have to create an account to order product?

Yes, and it's very easy. There are three ways you can create an account.

  1. When you click My Account at the top of the page
  2. When you save a project you will be prompted to create an account
  3. When you check out

Once you create your account, simply log in the next time you visit or place an order.

To check on the status of your order, it's simple:

  1. Go to www.avery.com.
  2. Log on to your My Account.
  3. Select My Orders.

You'll see the current status of your pending order(s) here, as well as the history of your previous orders. Your shipment's tracking number can be found here as well, once your order has shipped.

How to Activate Your Software:
All initially installed copies of TicketMeister PRO - whether installed from a CD or download - are fully functioning versions of the software, but the word 'SAMPLE' will appear on all printed output until the software is Activated.

On the tool bar of the Main Menu – to the right of the Online selection – you will see the word 'Activate'. Click Activate and you will be presented with a screen similar to the one below (click image for lareger view).

Activation is simply a matter of your providing us with your Registration ID, We can then provide you with your Unlock Key.

To Activate when ordering online: Include your Registration ID (shown in red, similar to the sample shown above) on the Comments section of the Checkout page and, as soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email response with your Unlock Key and complete instructions.

To Activate by telephone: Simply call us at 800-364-1509 and we will gladly provide you with your Unlock Key once ownership is established.

Raffle Ticket Printing Software

To Activate by E-mail: Send an email to activate@ticketmeister.com with the word 'activate' in the Subject and your Registration ID in the body of the email. You will receive an auto reply with yourn Unlock Key and complete instructions.

NOTE: Once your downloaded Evaluation version is Activated, there is no need to install the CD when you receive it. You now have a fully functioning and Activated version of TicketMeister. All subsequent updates can be accomplished through downloading from the Downloads page.
